Date: 26 Jan 06 11:04 PMSunlight is the biggest killer of rubber, so your best way to store a rubber mask is to fill it with dacron or something to take up the shape from inside, then wrap it with something similar on the outside and pack it away in a cool dark place. This is about the best you can do, but they just turn to liquid over time and you will loose them... sorry :-) I also heard some years ago that rubbing the rubber seal on the door of your refrigerator with meths every now and then can help prevent perrishing, but I don't know if it is true. Even if it is I would only rub th inside of the mask or it may take off the colouring of the pain on the outside. Good luck. |
